How do you prepare for Easter?
Easter is only 2 weeks away. What do you do to prepare? Fast for Lent? Read daily devotionals? Buy new clothes and dye eggs and eat chocolate bunnies?
Have we turned Easter into yet another working holiday?
But when we think about resurrection, does it is really have to be all about work?

This year we’ll be constructing Resurrection lapbooks and baking Resurrection rolls. Even my oldest who is a teenager looks forward to the rolls!

That Ezekiel story is quite a crazy one, huh? 🙂 It’s one of my favorites too.
I’m speaking this Sunday, but somehow didn’t put two and two together that Easter is the following Sunday until I happened to look at a calendar. Sigh. Feeling behind this year, it’s really a busy time of year for us as a family. Trying to make room for Easter to find us right here, just as we are.
Your final sentence says it all, Kelly: make room for Easter to find you right where you are. I love that about our Messiah; he knows exactly where to look every time.
